Spirit Gun

The best part of having kids is being a kid -- again.

My Kung Fu has been greatly enhanced by the mental imagery provided by Japanese animation. Japanime is awesome! Laser beams out the hands...and other body parts... Yu Yu Hakusho, Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Trinity Blood, Chrono Crusade, Power Rangers, Eureka 7, and Samurai Jack. They aren't all from Japan anymore, but they used to be.

When I practice my Kung Fu and Tai Chi, I am in a cartoon and the universe behaves much differently.

This song, "Spirit Gun," expressed my japanime world in music. I can still see the Qi "chi" energy beams and soaring flying kicks and punches...when I play or listen to this song.

"Spirit Gun" should be used as the theme song during the opening and closing credits of a real action-packed cartoon series!
